  • Ensuring that each application received is scrutinised in a systematic way by our consultants before invitations for interview are sent
  • Ensuring that all appropriate identity checks have been undertaken to ensure a 'right to work in the UK'
  • Ensuring that all shortlisted candidates receive the same letter of invitation to interview, containing all the necessary information
  • Ensuring that a face-to-face interview is conducted for ALL shortlisted candidates based on their suitability to find the right person for the right job
  • Ensuring that all specific questions designed to gain information about a candidate's suitability have been asked, including those designed to check any gaps in employment history
