The Role:

As Digital Marketing Manager, you will be the driving force behind our digital marketing strategy. You will oversee every aspect of our digital marketing campaigns, from concept to execution.

Responsibilities will include:

Manage the creation and execution of all marketing campaigns to support client acquisition and retention.
Ensure all communications are accurate, on brand, and consistent with brand positioning and tone of voice.
Responsible for the end-to-end delivery of email marketing programmes, from concept to launch, including analysis and optimisation.
Managing and developing marketing automation and lead nurture campaigns and part of our integrated marketing campaign process
Manage and optimise paid media campaigns across search, display, and social media.
Support the marketing team in delivering ongoing SEO strategy.
Contribute to the ongoing management of the CRM, including customer data, segmentation programmes and campaign audiences.
Manage the design process and ensure smooth delivery of marketing and sales collateral.
Track and analyse the performance of marketing campaigns and optimize accordingly, adopting a test-and-learn approach to ensure campaigns deliver on revenue targets.
Present ideas and marketing programs to key stakeholders.

What we are looking for:

We are looking for a dynamic digital marketer with a proven track record of success. The ideal candidate should have previous experience in a similar role, eager to lead, showcase their creativity and promote Roxhill's offerings through diverse media channels.

The ideal candidate will also possess:

Marketing certification and/or degree
Previous B2B marketing experience, SAAS industry experience would be highly advantageous.
Must be a motivated self-starter who can prioritise effectively and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Able to work independently and effectively as part of a team.
Must be comfortable leading and motivating others.
Able to think critically, innovate, learn, and improve results from campaign to campaign.
Excellent copywriting and proofreading skills with strong attention to detail.
Proven knowledge of marketing technology tools, including CRM and Marketing Automation (preferably HubSpot) platforms.
Experience with CMS (WordPress), Google Analytics and Adwords, Social Media advertising platforms and MS Office (Word/ Excel/ PowerPoint).
Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced growth environment.
